I have an iPod Touch which uses VoiceOver. I find it to be quite easy to use

and actually prefer running some apps on the Touch rather than on my
netbook. From the podcasts I have listened to, VoiceOver is now very
powerful and with the recent release of OS4, VoiceOver even supports
blu-tooth Braille displays.
