Hi Jim,
I thought that was the answer. Thanks for confirming.

Jim:

If the tutorials are meant as a beginners guide then the defaults are usually
all you need.

I tried to write my tutorials as I went and they were just notes that I kept to
myself. As I became more experienced I took the same notes and dusted them off
and presented them to y'all.

When you get into Enterprise applications and the J2E perspective you will have
more options available to you thus complicating the matter more.

Jim

Subject: [program-java] Total Beginner Eclipse Question
Hi,
I'm putting together JC's notes and snippets of other stuff that I'm gathering
into my little Eclipse tutorial on http://www.nonvisualdevelopment.org under
the Tutorials section. In the Java Project creation dialog, are the default
settings OK for a first Java program? And when do the other settings begin to
become important? Specifically, I'm talking about the very first screen that
comes up where you name your project.

Thanks.

Jim
