Hi Sami,
The patch below renames the library from libproc-3.3.0 to libprocng-3.3.0.
Only the dynamic library name is changed, the internal version remains
'procps-ng 3.3.0'.
This should ease a transition to procps-ng and avoid any future upstream name
collisions.
