Hi Craig,
I just noticed a new top bug and prepared the attached patch in case you wish
to swat one more in release 3.3.3. It's not a "letter of the law" fix, only a
"spirit of the law".
I have an alternate patch that actually changes the program and documentation
to conform to the IEC binary standard, but it's feels premature given the slow
adoption of those conventions.
