Price Predictor Running Slow .... Stop blaming Microsoft .......
Hi All
Has anyone tried deleting all the rubbish out of your 'Price Predictor'
directory or setup .....
Before running your speed tests ....
Not sure if I am out of line mentioning this but the following can be
safely run:
Delete all files in your Price Predictor Directory that meet the following
specs ....
del *.txt
del *.rtf
del *.csv
del * (Star (*) means all - del means delete in DOS speak)
Removing all upon system startup is safe .... Keeps Price Predictor data
clean automatically :)
Someone else here mentioned running a data query over all tables .... for
the life of your database ....
Once only Run say ratings 1 over 7 days for all the form you have ....
(Should fix most problems)
If you have Neile's Analyzer upgrade the solution is abit more complex.
E-mail me offline for the fix with this addition or software upgrade.
Regards
Zel
