Job Descriptions
Software Engineer
We are looking for world-class engineers who want to help develop the next =
generation of technologies that find, organize, analyze, and personalize th=
e unending flow of information faced by users. Engineers at firstRain work =
on solving problems in various areas of computing including automated infor=
mation classification, efficient algorithms to locate information on the we=
b, scalability issues related to filtering and managing large amounts of da=
ta, converting unstructured data into structured data to name just a few.  =
Join firstRain in building technologies that convert the chaotic flow into =
managed stream of business intelligence.

Requirements:
- Minimum BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent=20
 - Excellent analytical skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a team to solve interesting problems
- Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows environments
- Programming Skills in one of the following: C/C++, Java, HTML, JSP
- Experience with Internet/Web technologies such as web browsers, html, htt=
p, web Servers a plus

Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for QA engineers to work in our QA team to investigating, re=
porting, and tracking issues. As QA you are expected to plan, develop, and =
execute test plan, setup and manage testing environments, develop and exten=
d automated test suites, verification of tests, and certification of releas=
es.

Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related=20
 - Proficiency with scripting language such as Perl, PHP, _VBScript
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as SilkTest, Rational
- Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies such as web browsers, ht=
ml, http, web servers
- Working knowledge of Windows or Unix/Linux environments
- Working knowledge of C/C++ or Java a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 1-4 Years of Testing Experience
