Trying to use method=file (need overlays) I get this:

(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/listings/listings.cfg)) (./fremlaeg.aux)
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/psnfss/ot1phv.fd)
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/hyperref/nameref.sty)
Runaway argument?
{blackslide}\fi \disable@keys [pd]{global}{lf,rf,theslide,thenote,enu\ETC.
! Paragraph ended before \next was complete.
<to be read again>
                   \par
l.39 \begin{document}

?

with pdsetup as follows:

\pdsetup{
  method=file,
  lf=Yarse,
  rf=Yet Another Real-time Scheduler Extension\hspace{4cm},
  trans=Wipe,
  list={itemsep=6pt}
}
