Thanks Hendri, that fixes it. 

Sorry, I missed the reply some how.

One other point, the screen version now has black bars at the top and
bottom of about 0.4 inch each so the pdf slides do not cover the screen
completely. Is that intentional? Is there a way to adjust that? Paying
with the values in the config.ps file does not seem to make any
difference.
