Indeed, as that is in a separate text box, not in the main text box,
just as the footers and the toc (see section 9 for more information).

Perhaps the rput should be correctly placed using textpos, textwidth and textheight powerdot keys. But I don't know if it is possible to retrieve these values from a powerdot document...
