I have no idea, sorry. Powerdot is under LPPL, start reading there.
Then read the licenses of the packages used by powerdot (see docs) and
the packages used by individual styles. I cannot give you any
indication whether or not there will be a problem. I simply don't know
and have no time to investigate.
