[play.webdev] Don't launch new windows: Links to research articles

Playground Web Standards specify that new windows shouldn't be launched,
even if linking to a 3rd-party site. Here are three interesting articles
that explain why:

Summarizes accessibility, usability issues with launching new windows.

Web Design Usability Issues for Non-Technical Users
IBM research paper. Issue #7 discusses second browser windows, and
non-techie issues with concept of task-switching.

Note: There are a few exceptions noted in the Playground Web Standards--i.e.
launching a Help or a video window.
