[PIC Defacement Commentary] The "- NA -" in defacement mirror URLs

Hi,

Few entries in the defacement list has the mirror URL as "- NA -" 
because none of the mirroring sites seems to have mirrored the defacements.
However I was able to view the sites in the defaced stated (due 
to an email alerts by the defacing group) before it was restored.
The affected sites are:
