[PIC Defacement Commentary] Telecom Regulatry of India website defaced

The Telecom Regulatry of India website defaced website 
(http://www.trai.gov.in/) was defaced 
(http://defaced.alldas.org/mirror/2002/07/10/www.trai.gov.in/) by a 
group called FBH. The following content was displayed on the defaced 
website:

"The Site TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA has been Defaced by 
Abunasar of FBH For The freedom of Indian Occupied Kashmir Greetz t0 
macwiz Numan JenKinZ Mr-BaSiT aTiF anD thecooldude FBHowns@xxxxxxxxx"
