[PIC Defacement Commentary] AIC delivers on 'promise'

Hi,

As promised in the article in The Hindu, the group AIC has defaced 
the website of Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC), www.cbec.
gov.in. AIC had earlier challenged Anit Fadia to prevent the defacement 
of the CBEC website. From the defaced site:
