[phpa] tried to install 1.3.1pre3

but I'm back to 1.2p4 for now ;-).

what I did ... 
I took the version for php-4.1.1 (what I've got installed) copied the .so,
changed the zend_extension in php.ini, set shm_user and shm_group, stopped 
apache, removed
the files in the cache-dir, brought up apache again.
"seems" to work.

After trying to restart apache later I got

permitted (pid 27015)

fault (11)

And I was not able to start apache until I removed the semaphore array by hand.

Am I supposed to give the shm_user and _group with '' or without them?
