[phpa] Re: problem with p4

Hi,

Thanks for the comments.  Most likely I'll do a fix soon. If feasible, you
could work around it by setting domains with long names in the virtual host
sections as before. All 3 registration mechanisms can be used together.

There's a warning message that people may get about the cache being locked
by an unknown pid, and that isn't really a problem but annoying, so I'll
address that too.  If I can, then I'll try to accomodate any other necessary
fixes into the next release too.
