[phpa] phpa perf

Hello

i made test on a simple PC on app wich use oracle connection. The result is
the respond time of script is not very different between php accel et zend
accel. Zend accel is a little more efficient. But the price is not the same
;-) So i prefer php accel.

for information, zend use mysql as database ....... (error page on web site)
