[phpa] phpa and php 4.2-dev

Hi,

I just installed php from the CVS version (4.2-dev) and now phpa doesn't
work any more. Most probably, because the build is for 4.1. 
So now my question is: Was anyone able to use phpa with php 4.2? Or is
it possible to get the source somewhere in this case, i.e. will there be
a build for php 4.2 in the near future?
