[phpa] Re: phpa and Cobalt RAQ4

I just installed it on a Raq 4 over the past couple of days and had no=20
problems except with a minor problem in that if you try to turn phpa on=20
within the virtual settings for an individual site by using "php_value php=
=20
on" it'll actually fool the program into thinking it's off.  Other than=20
that, the program's awesome and it speeds up my message board to twice as=20
fast as before.
