[phpa] php recompile problem and solution

I had to recompile php to enable calendar options.  The recompile was the same 
version, no configuration changes.

When the recompile finished, apache wouldn't start.  After screwing around 
with it for a while, I finally manaully deleted the phpa temp files, which 
fixed the problem.

I don't know if this was a freak occurence, or if it's already been 
covered...  But, I thought it might be good to send out.

System Info:
Redhat 7.2
glibc 2.2.4
apache 1.3.22
php 4.2.1
phpa 1.3.1pre3
