[phpa] Re: p4 - page not found bug again

The error is because your server crashed for some reason. I'd suggest
upgrading from php 4.0.6 as it's known to have bugs in array functions that
cause crashes, and so it's possible that it's the cause, and that it shows
up more often with phpa installed.
