[phpa] error with flush-phpa-cache

Hello,

I have problem to run the script flush-phpa-cache. I am on redhat 6.2.
With bash, il get error: 
   bash: /usr/local/bin/flush-phpa-cache: Aucun fichier ou repertoire de ce type

with sh i get errors:

: command not foundf-phpa-cache:
: command not foundf-phpa-cache:
: command not foundf-phpa-cache:
: command not foundf-phpa-cache:
'usr/local/bin/flush-phpa-cache: syntax error near unexpected token `in
'usr/local/bin/flush-phpa-cache: /usr/local/bin/flush-phpa-cache: line 12: 
`case `uname` in

What's wrong ?
