I'm testing PHPA with PHP 4.2.1 at the moment, and will soon be releasing
a new PHPA version (1.3.1) to work with 4.2.1 and previous PHP versions.
Release 1.3.1 improves the performance of 1.3.0 (which is sometimes slower
than 1.2p4 was), and may be a little faster than 1.2p4. It also addresses
a few other issues.
