Nothing much has changed from 1.3.1pre3. The main change was speed
improvements over 1.3.0. A few now unnecessary log messages were removed
since then as well. I'll do a 1.3.1 or 1.3.2 release soon, but as it
stands currently, there'll be no need to switch to that if you're running
1.3.1pre3 already.
