[phpa] Re: Version 1.3 released for Linux

Since the phpa_cache_admin tool was changed a lot, it's very possible
that it won't report anything correctly until an updated version is
available.  I would suggest using the phpa_cache_admin from the command
line to see what it is reporting.

i've installed the new version and it seems there are Problems.
No files listed in the cached files list and the SHM isn't used.
