[phpa] Version 1.2p4 released for Linux

Version 1.2p4 is now released for Linux. Download from:

There are a few new features as well as fixes, and the release notes are

A mass key activation feature has also been added. Although this still
requires a key per domain, obtaining and setting keys should now be easier
because a file with many keys can be generated and downloaded from the
activatation page automatically after entering the domains to activate.

Please note that the phpa_cache_admin tool has also been enhanced, but has
not yet been tested with Hannes Edingers phpaca excellent cache admin gui.
In particular, -m and -f options return additional fields, although the
field ordering hasn't changed and so the gui may still work. I'm sure that
Hannes will update his gui soon :-)
