[phpa] Still Sparc/Solaris 8 trouble

When I start apache I get:

[Fri Jun 14 12:26:22 2002] [notice] SIGHUP received.  Attempting to =
restart
[Fri Jun 14 12:26:22 2002] [warn-phpa] Unable to acquire shm - Invalid =
argument (pid 21050)

In php.ini I have:

phpa.shm_perms =3D 666
phpa.shm_user=3D"nobody"
phpa.shm_group=3D"nobody"
phpa.cache_dir /tmp/

Any ideas?
Without shm will php-accelerator do any good?
