[phpa] Re: Squirrelmail stopped working

Oops, my bad here.

I DID change something in httpd.conf afterwards that messed up this one 
thing. Completely forgot about it...

Bright side is that this forced me to *finally* fix php not logging 
errors. That doesn't work if you've set everything and then 
leave "log_errors = Off"

I'm today's fool :(

In short: Everything works great!
