[phpa] Re: Removal of Activation Key

Many thanks Nick. As a programmer, I know how quality control is quite
important and this is bold step in a good way for many of us.

I am running well over 3,000 sub domains and now I can easily measure
performance across the entire server as result with out managing so many
keys.

I've decided that the time has come to remove the activation key from
PHPA. Accordingly the next major release will no longer have a key.

Many thanks for accepting the inconvenience of the key. It has been
helpful for some quality control reasons and my desire to get phpa to the
most reliable a state as possible, and that was a large part of the reason
for putting it in there in the first place.
