Thanks. PHPA needs a rebuild in order to work with 4.2 and I'll add linux
builds to the site.

Someone has been running it for a day or so on a large site and it's ok.
What I noticed in testing is that PHP 4.2 seems slower than 4.1.1. Only
brief testing, but for a given page with PHP 4.1.1 I was consistently
getting about 45 pages/sec with 4.1.1, and consistently down to 40 pages per
sec with 4.2RC2.
