[phpa] PHPA and PostNuke

Just curious if anyone out there runs a semi high volume site with
Post or PHPNuke and PHPA? I'm trying to help a friend out with
performance on his site, and PHPA (and actually, all the other mods) had
almost 0 effect on the performance of the site..
