[phpa] PHP Bug causing segfaults

All,

I've just hit a PHP problem in 4.2.1 where it's reproducably segfaulting
after just a few requests, without PHPA installed. I'll see if I can
reproduce it with 4.3.0-dev and publish more info I discover anything else.
