[phpa] **IMPORTANT BUG FIX**

Hi,

I identified a bug this evening that could ultimately cause incorrect
operation. This is most likely to occur on heavily loaded sites.

Just requiring one line to be removed, this was an easy fix, and I've
released this fix in version 1.2p3 for Linux. All being well, releases for
the other platforms will follow soon.

Upgrading to 1.2p3 is strongly recommended.
