[phpa] Re: FreeBSD 4.4

Out of our 30 FreeBSD servers, we only have 5 4.x FreeBSD servers.
The main reason is it's not easy to upgrade from 3 > 4 for us.

So, a version for 3. x would be good as well as I guess alot of people are
probably in the same situation.
