I would say it will be of great use and even if the ISAPI filter might not be
one of the most stable ways to run PHP on Win32 you could use PHP and Apache
instead. Also there is much improvement in PHP 4.1.0/1 regarding stabiltity
and performance on Win32. But I must admit that I haven't fully tested it yet.
