[phpa] Disable phpa for shell php execute

Is there a way to disable phpa for shell php executes?
I.E.: A cron entry: php -f /path/to/something.php
The scripts execute fine, but reports:
[warn-phpa] SERVER_NAME unset for request - unable to activate PHPA
