[phpa] Bug in phpa 1.3.1pre3 for PHP4.1.1 (glibc 2.2.4)??

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is getting this error msg which started
popping up yesterday. Everything has been running smoothly for a couple
of months until yesterday. Details below....

ipcs gives this......my web account runs off a virtual server, and my
virtual root user is 'admin'. 'root' as you can see below is the root
user of the WHOLE system itself, so I can't delete that semaphore.
