[phpa] Re: Apache does not start anymore

Hi Ronan,

I just tested the 4.0.6 / 2.1.3 download that you used and 
it's working fine on my box and I haven't had any reports
of Apache not starting as you said.  If you're still
having problems please drop me an email off the list and
we'll get it resolved.
