[phpa] Apache does not start anymore

Hey Nick,

I just upgraded phpa with the current dev release for PHP 4.0.6 (glibc 2.1.3 
on a RedHat box).

But it does not work any more :
- used the flush-phpa-cache with success
- "httpd restart" works
- apache does not work
- no error in the Apache error_log ("resuming normal operation")
- "httpd status" says: "

phpa worked very well just before the upgrade !

I tried to add the php.ini new parameters (phpa.file_perms) without more 
success.

Any idea here ??
