[phpa] Re: Apache Error log messages

Time for a downgrade then perhaps :-)

The good news is that PHPA may cope with this problem ok. Generally it'll
detect the crashed processes, and particularly if PHP crashes during
execution (as it's doing here) rather than when PHPA is doing things itself,
it should tidy up resources that the dead process was using - i.e. the
scripts it was executing - and all should be well.

But clearly you should get to the bottom of the segfaults.
