[phpa] Re: A suggestion

I don't think that is what Nick is trying to do at all. He wants to know
which sites are using the accellerator, and he is accomplishing this by
requiring keyfiles for each host before the accellerator will initiate.
That means you must "register" your hostname before phpa will work. This
doesn't modify the code going to the browser, it doesn't do anything to
the web interface, it doesn't make google searches show sites using the
accellerator, and there is no requirement to put a label on the site
saying "powered by phpa" or any such thing.
