Can you send me all your phpa configuration options and the entire unedited
log from the server start. If the log is big then it'll compress very well
with gzip.
Certainly some files are changing because that's why there was a message
about an obsoleted entry (meaning that people were still using the old
version when the new one was written, which is ok).
