Registration keys are still in 1.2p4, although keys can now also be set in
bulk in a keys file that is separate from the apache file.

I hadn't announced the 1.2p4 beta release in the forum, although it's
'escaped' onto some message boards, because it's still being tested and some
more features are being added and testing completed.  Currently I'm hoping
to release the linux version at the weekend.
