I have a form with a few check boxes (six, to be exact). They are separate, 
optional questions/check box, different Name= and different Value= 

When the error form comes up because of some required field error, all of the 
check boxes are checked even if none or only a few were checked on the main 
form. None have the default "checked" attribute on either form. 

Any thoughts on why all the check boxes are returned checked off when the 
error form appears?
