I do know that there is a Technical Writing class in Duquesne University's
Environmental Science and Management program; the professor -- Peter Geissler
-- also offers a one- or two-day workshop through the Engineer's Society. Hope
that this helps.

Subject: Technical Writing Course
Hi,
Wondering if anyone had any ideas/sugguestions/places to look into:
I hava a friend that is looking for a technical writing course (scientific
technical writing if possible), it is for work and they would like it to be in
the evening - it doesn't have to be for credit, but can be, and he is looking
for something short - he works in Pgh and lives in California, PA, so anywhere
inbetween is good.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
Thanks,
