Dale you should probably go into more detail about what you're doing.

Why does it have to be wireless?
What's the speed limit on the road?
How far away will the cars be?
To what will the camera be hooked up?
Does it need motion detection?
Does it need sound-activation?

Once in a while, our neighborhood experiences a swarm of cars with
ultra-bass, ultra-loud sound systems.
What qualities would a wireless camera need to have to capture
license-plate numbers?
TIA
