[pcweenies] PCW Toon Mailer: #1507 and #1508

This weekend I revamped the PC Weenies site ( http://www.pcweenies.com ). My
goal with this redesign was to streamline the site and remove some of the visual
clutter on the main page. If you find anything amiss with the new site layout,
or want to send along feedback (both yay or nay), please
let me know.
