Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know about a few workouts I'm leading at Silver Mountain 
Sports Club.  No membership required: You can buy a 5-punch punch-card for $45.
Coached Swim Workouts on Tuesday nights at 5PM:

Here are the workouts I'm coaching on my own, not through Silver Mountain:
Group Rides every Friday at 10:30AM, starting June 22. Our first ride will be 
around 2hrs, and we will work up to 4+hrs over the next 2 months.  This is a 
no-drop ride, at 15mph avg.  This is FREE to everyone, and I will post updated 
information on my Meetup site (feel free to join).

I'd like to do a few Open Water Swim Clinics on Saturdays over the summer.  Let 
me know if you are interested and what Saturdays work best.  PC Tri Club 
members will get a discount, of course!
