-=PCTechTalk=- weird scan problem

Um...this has been happening to me for a week now, and I'm sure something
must have gotten goofed up somewhere when I originally shut my computer off.
I shut my computer down waiting for Windows (98) to close. When I reboot the
next morning, it tells me I didn't shut down properly and goes through the
entire scan disk process. Not matter what I try, it will not stop running
scan disk. There is no need for it to run as I"ve shut down Windows
correctly.

P.S. David, if you are reading this, I haven't been able to get ahold of the
gentleman that gave me the OFORMAT command to find out why he suggested
that. I'll keep trying.
