-=PCTechTalk=- uploading powerpoint file to electronic filebox with error

I dont know if anyone can help with this question but I am trying to upload 
a powerpoint slideshow to my electronic filebox at school and it keeps 
asking me when I try to view it once it is uploaded there if I want to save 
the changes, discard them or cancel, nothing I choose makes a difference in 
how the show is working.  I think it has something to do with temp files not 
sure.  I had deleted a file with the same name since I redid the assignment. 
So I searched for the name of the file and deleted anything with that name 
in temp files , still have the problem.  Also my filebox is almost full so 
probably need to move some files.
